Where is my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel in real time. Simply click the link in that email to see the latest carrier updates.
Track using your order number
You can also track your order at any time by visiting the link below. You'll need your order number (found in your confirmation email, e.g. #1001) and the email address used at checkout.
Understanding your delivery timeline
✅ Ready-to-Ship Orders
Items marked Ready to Ship are in stock and dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment being confirmed. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
⏳ Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are made or sourced especially for you. Your estimated dispatch date is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation email. Pre-orders are dispatched in the order they are received — we'll email you your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Ordered a mix of ready-to-ship and pre-order items? Please note that your order may be held and shipped together once all items are available, unless you contact us to request a split shipment.

Once you have your tracking number, you can also check it directly with the carrier:
