Pre-Order Policy

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a pre-order item from Ray Hair.

What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to purchase a wig that is not currently ready for immediate dispatch.

Pre-order items require additional time to be prepared and fulfilled, so they will take longer to reach you than our ready-to-ship wigs.

Pre-Order Fulfilment Time

Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for your pre-order to be fulfilled and delivered.

The 2–3 week timeframe is an estimate and may occasionally vary due to supplier availability, preparation time, shipping delays or circumstances outside of our control.

Important Information Before Purchasing

Pre-order items are not ready for immediate dispatch.

If you need your wig urgently, please do not purchase a pre-order item.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated 2–3 week fulfilment timeframe.

Orders Containing Pre-Order & Ready-to-Ship Items

If your order contains both a pre-order item and a ready-to-ship item, your order may be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

If you would like your ready-to-ship item sent separately, please contact Ray Hair before placing your order. Additional delivery charges may apply.

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make a change to your pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once your pre-order has entered the preparation or fulfilment process, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Delays

We always aim to fulfil pre-orders within the estimated 2–3 week timeframe.

However, unforeseen supplier, production, preparation or courier delays may occasionally occur.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the contact information provided at checkout.

By purchasing a product marked PRE-ORDER, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy and agree to the estimated 2–3 week fulfilment and delivery timeframe.
